Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or participating in the Heyschool 30-Day E-Commerce Bootcamp ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services or enroll in the Program.

2. No Guarantees on Results

The primary objective of the Program is to provide educational frameworks and practical knowledge on building an e-commerce business. Heyschool does not guarantee any specific financial results, revenue, profits, or success. Any figures stated on our platforms are strictly estimates or historical examples.

Building a successful business requires significant time, effort, capital, and execution on your part. We provide the roadmap; however, the ultimate result lies entirely in your hands. If you do not apply the frameworks, dedicate the necessary time, and invest the required capital, you will not see results.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, frameworks, and documents provided during the Program are the exclusive intellectual property of Heyschool. You may not distribute, reproduce, sell, or share these materials with any third parties without explicit written consent from Heyschool.

4. Limitation of Liability

Heyschool shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Program, including but not limited to financial losses in your business, ad spend losses, or store suspensions.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

6. Amendments

Heyschool reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
